Yoga is Universal
The Sanskrit word "yoga" can be translated as "unity," and the practice of yoga is the practice of understanding the universal unity of our existence. Although the physical element of yoga (asana) is the most popular method for gaining this understanding, yoga is a state of being, and it can be achieved by anyone, anywhere, and at any time.
Through the practice of yoga, anyone can live a life full of love, creativity, and happiness, without fear, apprehension, or hesitation. Whether your goals are physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or otherwise, the classes we offer are designed to help you unlock all of your potential, and discover the guru within yourself.
